Order acceptance

Your order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. RABO Tricycles reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason and we may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Prices and Currencies

All prices are net and parts can be purchased in Danish kroner (DKK), US dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), Euro (EUR) or Australian dollars (AUD)

Currency rates apply to the price on the date of shipment and prices are linked to the cost of parts in Danish Kroner (DKK). When shopping in a different currency than Danish Kroner, a tiny variance may apply as a result of the difference in daily exchange rate and the rate your credit card company applies to the transaction from Danish Kroner to your desired currency.

Please select your desired currency before starting shopping.

Customers within Denmark are charged 25% sales tax. Customers within the European Union will be charged Danish sales tax of 25% unless a VAT registration number is provided. Customers outside of the EU are not charged sales tax.

All prices are Ex Works, RABO Denmark and shipping/handling charges are not included.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel an order after placing it we will do our very best to halt it. If we are able to stop and cancel your order your payment will be refunded to your credit card. Usually the money will be back in your bank account within 3-5 business days.

Processing time

Once your order has been received and passed review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for preparation, packaging and shipment. If the item on your order is in stock, we will prepare, pack and ship it as soon as possible. If an item in your order is out of stock, it will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory. RABO, however, does strive to maintain adequate stock of items for quick order procurement.

Payment

Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Credit card processing can take up to five business days.

In our shop you can use Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and JCB. You will be charged a credit card fee according to the charges of the financial institution processing the payment. You will always be able to see the exact fee being charged on your order confirmation.

When providing your credit card number you are in a secure part of the shop. The information and communication in the secure part of the shop are encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This encryption secures a completely safe transaction.

Transit time

All items in stock are shipped within 48 hours (not including weekends). All items are shipped from RABO in Denmark. Please note that local customs charges, import duties and taxes may apply outside of the European Union. Any additional charges, taxes and duties must be carried by you.

Normal delivery time is 4-10 business days (varies from country to country). Delays can occur, but are rare and usually resolved within 20 days.

Risk of loss

If you still have not received your items (which we have confirmed shipped at least 20 days earlier), please e-mail us at info@rabo-tricycles.dk and include the order number in question. RABO will run an investigation and return with an update without any necessary delay.

RABO Tricycles is not in any way responsible for wrong address information provided by you. It is your responsibility to make sure all the information is correct. This includes ‘Floor’, ‘C/O information’, ‘Attention’, ‘Postal Code’; or other essential information required for delivery.

Shipping rates

RABO Tricycles A/S charges freight based on the actual weight of the items ordered. This is done in intervals and rates are based on the destination country. The weight of an item does not necessarily reflect the actual item weight. The weight of a product is an estimate based on packaging materials as well as actual item weight. Return policy

For assistance to return a defective or unwanted product please e-mail us at info@rabo-tricycles.dk and include the order number. Items returned must be in new condition and be returned within 14 days of your receipt unless another agreement has been made. No returns will be accepted unless you have contacted RABO beforehand.

Defective item

Should your item arrive in a defective condition please e-mail us at info@rabo-tricycles.dk and include your order number.

Typographical errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect specification due to typographical, RABO Tricycles have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Privacy policy

To shop in the RABO Shop we require that you register yourself and provide us with name, address, phone and e-mail. This personal information is kept safe and we do not lend or share the information you have provided. At RABO Tricycles your privacy is paramount.
